Retirement Announcement
Every senior cricketer has given their reaction to Ashwin's retirement. Pujara has said no one can replace Ashwin.
India will miss Ashwin and his contribution to the Indian cricket team in test cricket, especially at home. India lost only two home series in the last 14 years. The opposition team batsmen were struggling to play Ashwin and Jadeja. Like Kumble and Harbhajan, Ashwin's and Jadeja's pair have done outstanding performances for Team India. “Carrom ball” was the innovation of Ashwin.
